The Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (Angular + Liferay) with 5+ years of experience to design, develop, and optimize enterprise applications using Liferay and modern front-end frameworks. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Liferay development, along with experience in Azure & Cloud Services and proficiency in front-end technologies like Angular, JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, and open-source libraries (React, jQuery,).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Liferay-based applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
  • Implement custom Liferay themes, portlets, hooks, and modules to meet business requirements.
  • Build dynamic and responsive front-end applications using AngularJS, React, Vue.js, and jQuery.
  • Work with Azure Cloud Services for deployment, scalability, and cloud-based integrations.
  • Design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services for seamless backend and frontend communication.
  • Optimize UI/UX performance, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with best practices in cloud-based applications.
  • Troubleshoot and debug application issues, ensuring smooth operation and user experience.
  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and DevOps teams to streamline development workflows.
  • Stay updated with latest technologies in Liferay, Angular, and cloud services.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Liferay and AngularJS.
  • Expertise in Liferay development, including portlets, hooks, themes, and workflow customizations.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure & Cloud Services for cloud-based deployments and integrations.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS3, HTML5, and front-end frameworks like Angular.
  • Experience with RESTful API development and third-party integrations.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in both front-end and backend development.
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Good To Have Skills

  • Experience with microservices architecture and headless CMS in Liferay.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless computing in Azure.
  • Understanding of Liferay’s headless API and GraphQL integrations.
  • Liferay and cloud certifications (e.g., Liferay DXP Developer, Azure Developer Associate).
